Ribeye Scramble

I had some ribeye steak left over, so I heated it up in some coconut oil and then mixed in three large eggs with a dash of rich organic cream. I added diced tomatoes about a minute before dishing it up. Then I sprinkled the scramble with fresh shredded parmesan cheese.
