
This recipe is about as simple as they come:
1. Place chicken breast tenders in a pan with two table spoons of melted organic coconut oil.
2. Sprinkle generously with garlic and spices (I use a spicy-garlic-salt grinder)
3. Cook on medium heat until both sides are golden brown (tuning often). Coconut oil has a low smoke point so cooking on high heat will cause your kitchen to get all smoky and the chicken will cook up darker.
That’s all there is to it! I like to dip mine in buttermilk ranch dressing.
