
Although there are times that I crave a burger on a regular old bun, once I put together that bun-less low carb burger and take the first bite, I realize nothing tastes better than a low carb burger! In this meal I added a big salad with some hot peppers, tomatoes, onions and cottage cheese. On the burger I had lettuce, tomato, onion, bacon, and shredded pepper jack cheese.
