It is super easy to prepare. Just pre-heat the oven to 400 degrees and place your fillet in a metal baking dish. 16 minutes later you’ll be eating a savory piece of grilled salmon. I sprinkled some extra lemon pepper seasoning on mine for a little bit of added punch to the flavor.
It came out very flaky and juicy. Oh, and the best part is there is only 1 carb per fillet!
